We consciously and continually strive to source high-quality, sustainably-harvested seafood. Traceability can help foster sustainability by empowering our growing customers to make more informed choices about the seafood they purchase. That can mean knowing whether a seafood farm is rated as sustainable or how a fish is caught.

Our sourcing is done from the farms certified by Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) and the Global Aquaculture Alliance Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) Sivani adheres to a comprehensive transparency model to prevent illegal, unregulated and unreported seafood from entering our supply chain and products. Our aquaculture products are traceable from the source fisheries used toward shrimp feed, the hatcheries producing larvae, the farms growing adult shrimp, and all points of processing.

Food Safety

Sivani has multiple layers of quality control teams covering all the geographical sourcing regions. They strictly follow all the FDA guidelines to ensure all seafood that passes into our ownership is safe and healthy. Our partner production facilities undergo regular third-party audits to guarantee FDA HACCP compliance and meet the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked standard.
